A: We're the most accurate AI‑only solution you can find. Every fact in the chronology is hyperlinked directly to the source page in your documents, so you can verify anything in a single click. If you do happen find a mistake, just use the integrated chatbot to correct it on the spot.

Q: Can I customize the output for different types of cases or audiences?

A: Yes, absolutely. Before running the chronology you'll get options for customizing it to your needs. And then once it's run, you'll use the chatbot to generate custom summaries—like a short narrative for a client or a detailed list for an expert—and download them as needed.

Q: Can it handle messy files, like handwritten notes or poorly scanned documents?

A: It can. Our system is built to handle the real‑world documents lawyers receive every day, including handwritten notes, faxes, and images. Our OCR is specifically designed for these challenging formats. The bonus is that you can upload the whole mess of documents in any order you like, and we'll make sense of it all.

A: Anyone with the same email address ending as yours can just sign up, and their usage will be charged on the same account. Critically, we have Business Associate Agreements and zero‑data‑retention agreements with our AI partners, which means we never train our models on your data. Your case information remains completely private and secure.

Q: How does your pricing work?

A: We charge per page of medical records you process. To make it easy to try out Olive, every new account gets 1,000 free pages. After that you can purchase packages of page credits that never expire. Unlike with a subscription, you won’t need to worry about using all your pages each month. If you have 10,000 Olive pages in the bank, you can use them today, a month from now, six months from now, or anytime after. Plus, you're never charged per user, so your whole team is covered.

Q: What about blank pages or duplicates? Do I have to pay for those?

A: We automatically detect blank pages, duplicates, and pages with very little text and bill those at only one‑third the cost of a standard page. So you don’t have to worry about uploading messy files.
