Olive Legal Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") provides the following policies regarding our services. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.
1. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for our services, including subscription fees, page packages (page credits), unused page credits, or auto-refill charges, except as required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written agreement with you.
You are responsible for monitoring your use of the Service and your remaining page credits. We do not provide refunds or credits if you decide to stop using the Service or close your account, except where required by law.

2. Cancellation Policy
Auto-Refill. You may disable auto-refill for page packages at any time from the Plans page. Disabling auto-refill stops future automatic purchases but does not cancel or refund completed transactions.
Subscriptions and Other Agreements. If you are on a subscription plan or a custom/enterprise agreement, you may request cancellation in accordance with the terms of that plan or agreement. To request cancellation, please email us at [email protected]. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, cancellation will be effective at the end of your then-current billing period and will not result in a refund of fees already paid.
Account Closure. You may request closure of your account by contacting us at [email protected]. Account closure and the treatment of any remaining page credits are governed by our Terms of Service.
3. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Fulfillment Policy from time to time. We will notify clients of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
